Since the day I started doing my taxes, I’ve always done it by myself. I have no personal issues with Tax Preparers, but I didn’t feel comfortable sharing my sensitive information with just anyone. I’ve been doing my taxes elsewhere but after coming across a video on social media I decided to give this place a try. The staff was friendly and welcoming . They had refreshments and candy which was good for my daughter. The staff is bilingual which is a plus. From my past experience tax preparers normally took my info filled it out and send it out electronically and told me within 21 days it will be deposited and I was on my way . At ATAX BRANDON took their time to explain to me in detail what I was getting back.and things I can credit that I was not aware before. I had brought in so many things from my W2s for various jobs to my school form and he was not overwhelmed. BRANDON took his time and did not rush anything if I had a question he answered it. Even if I kept repeating myself. If you are looking for a tax preparer who speaks Spanish/English and is patient I highly recommend you go see BRANDON.
